Shipping and Handling
Fantasypaints4u use royal mail to deliver your parcel and we aim to deliver to Scotland, England and Wales as soon as payment is received, if all items are in stock. If any item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss whether you wish to wait or have part of your order despatched. You will not be charged anymore for delivery if your order is not despatched in total. The cost of sending items not in stock will be the responsibility of Fantasypaints4u.
Unless we agree a longer time for delivery of your order with you, we will always deliver you goods within 30 days. If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days we will inform you immediately and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order.
If we cannot arrange another time for delivery we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order. If you would like your parcel delivered sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This may increase the delivery cost but we will agree this with you before despatch. Our delivery charges are very straight forward and are outlined below.

Airmail for overseas
The Standard postage and packing is £3.50 per package..
We do post overseas.
Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
We will accept returns but only if we receive the product back in its original state ..ie unopened or used..within 7 days.. all postage and packing must be paid for by the returnee and proof of postage must be obtained. We also chrage a £5 admin fee for all returns.
We accept paypal and cheques.
For overseas we only accept paypal
